Lean supervisor
Industrial Products - Binh Duong
Salary: $900- $1000
The Job
- Managing Lean department.
- In charge of C.I. activities for company.
- In charge of Lean training for all employees in company (Department leader, staffs/ workers)
- In charge of all Lean tool implementation in company (CI, 5S, PDCA, …)
- Implement/control KPI report to evaluate workers, team leader, …
- Admin. / Analyze/ Improve the OEE system in company.
- Work with other company locations to improve the Lean system, report to Senior Lean manager and manage 3 subordinates
Your Skills and Experience
- At least 2 year working as a Lean manager/leader/supervisor in manufacture.
- English fluently
- It’s priority if you have worked in a shoe industry, manufacturing company.
- Have an experience in lean training, OEE implementing & Lean system implementing in production.
- Must be able to work independent as well in a team
