Logistic Officer
High Technology, Purchasing/Supply Chain - Ha Noi
Salary: $600- $700
The Job
DUTIES DESCRIPTION
1.Coordinate with HCM Import Team, clearing agent to make customs clearance for import shipment via Haiphong/NoiBai:
a) Make customs declaration for import shipment via E-cus system
b) Coordinate with HCM I/E to make payment for import duty
c) Check set of customs declaration document before handing-over to clearing agent
d) Communicate and provide required documents/ information for clearing agent for customs clearance. Settle abnormal issue
e) Monitoring customs clearance process, solving any araising problem with clearing agent
2. Coordinate with clearing agent and HN warehouse in receiving cargo:
a) Issue schedule of imported cargo arrival for HN WH & rework vendor (weekly)
b) Communicate with clearing agent about container arrival time and update it for WH and vendor
c) Communicate with carrier, clearing agent, warehouse, insurance company to settle incidents
d) Filling customs declaration documents and sending required docs to IE team in HCM
3. Coordinate with HCM Import Team to get import licence if any:
a) Receive and check documents set from HCM
b) Deliver document to authority office and get licence from the office
c) Send licence to HCM I/E. Update lead-time report
4. Monitoring operation KPI and Issuing Reports:
a) Monitoring lead-time for import shipments
b) Monitoring lead-time for dealer delivery
c) Other reports if required
5. SAP, NEXT and AQTION System Operation:
a) Key in inward cost for import shipment and verify it in SAP
b) Follow up SVC request and issue out qty in SAP
c) Issue out scrap qty after disposal in SAP (if any)
d) Issue stock transfer for IBT shipment or other request (if any)
e) Update NEXT system for Import Shipment
f) Update AQTION system for incident case of import shipment (if any)
6. Payment requisition. Issue handling cost database report:
a) Check and confirm debit note for clearing agent, delivery vendors, …
b) Issue payment requisition and verify cost in Esker system
c) Monitoring payment for each vendor
d) Issue handling cost database report
REQUIREMENTS
- 'Good knowledge about import regulation procedures, communication skills, team work spirit, carefulness
- Planning skill, communication skill, team work spirit

- 'Excel, analysis skill, carefulness
- SAP knowledge
- Accuracy
Your Skills and Experience
- Age: 25 - 28, Gender: Femal/ Male
- University Graduation
- Prefer International Trade or Economics
- English: Intermediate
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- Specially in Excel skill
- Good communication,

- Good knowledge about import regulation procedures
- At least 2 years experiences in Import - Export Activities
