PURPOSE
In charge of
- Businesses planning and administration related tasks such as Monthly sales Report and Forecast (by the template of Resale Biz/ Indent Biz /Total Sales), Inventory control, Budget exercise etc.
- Market data analysis to create report on Market Share, Market size etc.
- Support price request and Rebate calculation through standard process.
- Fixed Asset and Demo Equipment management.
COMMUNICATION:
- To be a main window person work with Regional HQ Business Planning and SEV Planning & Control team to report Managerial figures.
- To closely collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing team in order to improve sales forecast accuracy; inventory control and support Marketing activities..
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Preparing Monthly Sales/Forecast Report; Improve Inventory Control
- Based on the sales forecast and dealer/ competitor/ market situation, prepare the monthly report figures and meeting materials in cooperation with Sales/MKT/SCM team and submit to Regional HQ
- Monitor IFC and create Inventory report to help Sales/Product Marketing team maintain healthy stock level.
Market Data Analysis
- Analysing market data to create effective report to support Sales & MKT team to devise action plans.
Special Price application and Rebate calculation.
- Support PM/SCM to apply special price request and monitor the implementation after approval.
- Calculate Rebate Amount of Bonus Scheme.
Fixed asset and Demo Equipment management.
- Maintain Fixed asset/Demo equipment list on regular basis.
- Propose improvement in the current workflow.
Managerial data preparation and other tasks. Prepare reports based on Div. Head’s request.
- Support for MKT administration works.
REQUIREMENTS
- In-time, effective and accuracy for all kinds of reports.
- Good proposal of a standard of inventory level and support Sales/MKT to follow with.
- In-time & quality for all reports
- Realize a trend of product (brand) through data analysis and give prediction/alert as a notice to Sales/MKT team.
- In-time submission.
- Maintain the records in order.
- Accuracy of rebate calculation
- Centralized management & monitoring of borrow/ loan demo equipment.
- Follow up the PIC to make sure the unit departed/ returned in time.
- In-time submission and quality of reports.
- Make more efficiency to MKT team’s activities.
