Mobile Product Marketing/Product Trainer

Salary: $650- $850
The Job
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Mobile Master Trainers -> to enhance training / sales talk/ counter talk materials -> empower promoter team, trainers, dealers floor sales’ product knowledge & sales skill.
2. Mobile biz enhancement by Mobile accessories Product Marketing focus.
DUTIES DESCRIPTION
1. Direct training activities in agency training for Mobile phone products and accessories
2. Responsible for establishing training system , set up training policy and conduct training program
3. Responsible for creating and updating of training curriculum
4. Providing inputs related to design of product , pricing and other product related
5. Mobile accessories Product Marketing: Sales estimation, PO planning, Marketing planing & execution (Product, Price, Promotion & Place )
REQUIREMENTS
- Training/ sales talk/ counter talk materials preparation / creation
- Product knowledge, sales skill update to trainers/ sales/ field force / promoter teams
- Empoweing, motivating sales/ field force / promoter teams, dealer floorsales to confident to sell mobile phone
- Market Intelligent: Market/ competitor update to Sales & Marketing team for counter actions
Your Skills and Experience
- 24 – 28 years-old
- University
- Marketing, Economics relating
- English
- Presentation, Excel at intermediate level
- Good communication skill, ability to mix with all types of people.
Ability to empower/ motivate persons to work in proper manner.
Ability work independently (PLAN – DO – CHECK – ACTION) as well as team work. - 'Knowledgeable in Mobile industry.
- Above 02 years in Trade Marketing / Training/ Product Marketing
- Dynamic, business mind
- Have at least 02 years - experience in Mobile biz.
