The Job

 Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and leading the sales plans focused on the Modern Trade channel, OP and key accounts designed to achieve the business growth, annual operating plan and targets for foods and beverage.
  • Key interface areas of sales initiatives for foods and beverage to help achieve volume growth and distribution across MT and OP channels and unlocking growth opportunities in large accounts through active conversion of new accounts, portfolio expansion in existing accounts
  • Provide inputs to SBP, develop and deliver the AOP for MT across foods and Beverages through building strong partnerships, converting key accounts and identifying new Po1 strategies as well as portfolio expansion in currentaccounts.
  • Lead the insights/ discovery yearly plan for all key accounts and OP for full Foods and Bev portfolio. Lead the Annual Discovery and Joint Business Plansessions
  • Provide insights to commercial and marketing teams on marketing activation basis analytics on research findings in MT and OPchannels.
  • Own and manage the monthly sales forecasts including monthly reviews for brand, pack, channel and geography.
  • Lead and ensure sales engagements on brands plans, volume and distribution targets across key areas of salesoperation
  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing Team and take the lead to design and execute effective and cost-efficient initiatives to support the businessobjectives.
  • Ensure Company market presence standards through availability and merchandising visibilityincluding category management in coordination with Marketing both foods andBev
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory systems of the company and the country on trade marketing and sales.
  • Build MT capability through leveraging Sector and Region MT capability andwiring
  • Identify opportunities to unlock new accounts and conversion to Company accounts through largeevents

Your Skills and Experience

Key Skills/Experience Required

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related fields, Master degree is aplus
  • 8 years experiences in Sales Function for FMCG industry
  • Good relationship building andteamwork
  • Leadership skills, Strong project management skills, able to lead and driveactions
  • Good planning and managing performance ofself
  • Work well underpressure
  • Computer literature in MicrosoftOffice
  • Working Location: Phill, Malaysia
