The Job

JOB SUMMARY: 

  • Responsible for ensuring an effective sales force development strategy and plan well developed in order to create differentiation and value to the market

KEY DUTIES:

  • Prioritized Responsibilities
  • Prepares training materials including Presentation, facilitator guide and handout. Schedules and conducts TTT trainings including orientation, sales skills, personal skills to sales team.
  • Sort out/working with suppliers to develop training materials with multimedia effects or other commercial training.
  • Deliver training to ASMs/TSMs & Commercial team as business required
  • Design courses, develop training materials, Implement and adapt reality of "Commercial Capability Development Plan " including nationwide commercial capability plan and local tailored-made training plan by working closely with RCMs, Regional Market Execution to assure that "Segmented Execution Capability" fulfilment, alignment and execution has been implemented as designed and improvement done
  • Design sustainable Sales force Career Roadmap and provide necessary training & development plan to support the career development framework
  • Design effective training & development tracking system in-place to identify key performers and prepare for succession planning within commercial department

 

 

Your Skills and Experience

  • Necessary/must to have Commercial/Operations/Trade Marketing Management experience - minimum of 5 years
  • University/Bachelor’s degree: Min required
  • Postgraduate/Master’s degree: Preffered 
  • Negotiation to develop collaborative relationships
  • Teamwork to act in conjuntion with Department, Region and other cross-functionally
  • Communication to convey information, ideas and receive others communication extracting the intent and content
  • Management of Routines to create process and system that provide mechanism to measure and adjust execution of strategies versus Business Plan
  • Coaching, Influencing and inspiring others to drive effective implementation of cuture change in Excellent Execution
  • Result Driven Approach
  • Understanding shopper behaviour, shopper insight across Beverage category
  • Understanding channel/outlet segmentation methodology and segmented execution approach Understanding retail environment, trade characteristics, and able to identify and define POSM Menu/Strategy to address key interaction point
  • Able to develop profit story to support sales team to persuade retailer for PicOS implementation
  • Financial Acumen
