The Job

PURPOSE

  • Responsible for managing and co-ordinating the work streams to ensure that objectives are clearly communicated, tasks are completed on time and that the Sales teams in designated territories are supplied with a fully functioning Sales Automation System as per the project charter and within the required time frame and budget

Key accountabilities

  • Develop Sales Force Automation System Strategy and Implementation Plan within the framework of Market Execution Strategic Direction & Strategy in aligning with ICT Sales support strategy
  • Develop Annual Business Plan SFA roll out in the market within defined budget and strategy alignment
  • Implement and adapt reality of "SFA rollout" including of Implementation Plan, detailed Guidelines, SOP, Reports, Routines, Training & Analysis, Intervention Plan by working closely with Regional Market Execution team (SFA co-ordinator) to assure that "SFA roll-out" fulfillment, alignment and execution has been implemented as designed and improvement done
  • Generate/define SFA Metrics/Dashboard and Monitor SFA performance vs approved KPIs/metrics, identifying best practices amongst regions, share through the system to help improvement of salesforce capability on execution & establishment of SFA
  • Implementing coaching/training & sharing SFA rool-out Best Practices to regional Market Execution teams (SFA co-ordinators) to continuously build Sales Capabilities/Process Implementation i.e. sales, merchandising, training, information systems, scorecards, tools, reports, and routines
  • Conduct financial analysis (ROI) of SFA Roll-out to be shared with key stakeholders including of SFE Compensation/Incentives Plan

Your Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor in Administration, Economy and/or Engineering
  • Degree in Retail, Marketing or Business desirable
  • Necessary/must to have Commercial/Operations/Trade Marketing Management experience - minimum of 3 years
  • Negotiation to develop collaborative relationships
  • Teamwork to act in conjuntion with Department, Region and other cross-functionally
  • Communication to convey information, ideas and receive others communication extracting the intent and content
  • Management of Routines to create process and system that provide mechanism to measure and adjust execution of strategies versus Business Plan
  • Coaching, Influencing and inspiring others to drive effective implementation of cuture change in Excellent Execution
  • Result Driven Approach
  • Execution and Commercial Skills
  • Understanding channel/outlet segmentation methodology and segmented execution approach
  • Understanding retail environment, trade characteristics, distributor management system, and able to identify and define appropriate action plan (DSD or non-DSD)
  • Able to develop profit story to support sales team and convince the team to implement SFA successfully
  • Financial Acumen
