PERFORMANCE & MARKET ANALYTICS ASSISTANT MANAGER
Marketing, FMCG - Ho Chi Minh

The Job
- Manage custom research projects as per business requests including Shopping, Pricing etc
- Pro-actively look for business opportunities and find creative ways to deliver insights as part of the broader CMI team and also together with agency partners.
- Identify growth opportunities by using a variety of different data sources - continuous market data, secondary research, and most importantly primary custom ad hoc research on shopping behaviours, be that on-line or in-store behaviour to maximize performance of Media plan for each Brand.
- Work with Retail, Consumer panel, Brand tracking & other Data sources, integrating these seamlessly with Commerce & Channel information to create Meta-analysis for growth insights.
- Land and embed best practice tools from Market Intelligence, Pricing, Channel and Shopping including eCommerce.
- Work with related partners to automate standard reporting systems as required.
Your Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of working experience in Performance Marketing Analyst/ Market Research
- Good understanding & experiences of Market research
- Understanding of retail and channel landscape
- Digital skill is a must
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Interest in human behaviour / psychology
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong project management skills
- Good interpersonal and ability to manage stakeholders well
- A team player; accountable, open minded who likes to work in rapid and agile way.
