- Deliver training to distributors according to master plan
- Consult distributors’ queries and complaints regarding all products under assigned categories.
- Monitor quality of training programs to ensure the effectiveness and good outcome delivered
- Consolidate and analyze training reports for nationwide under assigned categories in order to ensure that training needs are met and performance enhanced
- Coordinate with Region, other Affiliates and Learning Management System team and keep up-to-date on development relating to online training content
2. Training plan and program development
- Conduct training needs analysis and develop training plans to enhance Distributors' knowledge of products
- Liaise with Internal functions (Marketing, Regional Sales) to design, resource, develop and deliver new training programs and training supporting material which meet the needs of Distributor groups and are consistent with the business overall training plan.
- Compile handbooks, manuals, guides and other materials so that training programs are delivered with high quality resources.
3. Contractual trainers selection, management and development
- Recruit and select qualified contractual trainers
- Coordinate within team to propose the training plan and conduct "Train the Trainers" for contractual trainers.Monitor and assess their performance
- Regularly contact part-time trainers for agreement on training schedule and motivate them.
