Project Sales Executive
Electrical/Electronics, Sales - Ho Chi Minh
Salary: $600- $1000
The Job
Main Purpose of Job: To effectively control all sales, especially Projector and activities for Vietnam to achieve personal, team and company sales target. Maintain and develop existing and new customers. To deliver high value product and service that meet customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
1. Sales management:
- Sales company’s goods and services to new and existing customers.
- Focus in individual and coordinate team performance to achieve according to company sales target
- Identifying new markets and business opportunities.
- Share information with subordinator and follow up urgent issues
2. Develops a business plan and sales strategy:
- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate High Brightness projector market.
- Maintaining detailed knowledge of the projector products or services
- Make every effort to maximize both present and long term sales
- Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines
3. To improve Channel management:
- In store activity and road show to push channel sell-through
- Improve data collection for analysis and action.
- Review and set up Promotion/Rebate to focus on sell-through and retails demand creation
4. Create and maintain good relationship with customers:
- Regular visits partner & customer
- Set and review program and special activities with partner.
5. Activities and training:
- Setup sales and Projector training to 1st / 2nd Tier partner to improve product knowledge
- Oversee all in store activities and road show
6. Continuously self-developed in order to increase personal work efficiency, team work and organization:
- Attend necessary skills training
7. Cooperation:
- Having good cooperation and support both inside and outside department colleague, take part in company activities with full responsibility
8. Company rules and regulation:
- Follow company rules and regulations
Your Skills and Experience
- At least 1 - 2 years experience in projector sales and channel management.
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Marketing or Business Administration
- Good Command of English
- Good understanding of consumer electronic product and market
- Experience in managing distributors/partner
- High responsibility, hard working, team work and be able to work independently.
- Good communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and negotiation skills
- Be Able to travel domestic and international
- Self motivated, team motivated and result oriented
