Salary: $800 - $1000
The Job
Job description:
- Analyse/Standardize/Improve and control overall the purchasing system/processes in production company
- Managing the purchasing request through coordinate with all departments
- Control together with each departments the min-max quantity for purchasing
- Managing & control the supplier list and select/contact/looking for the potential supplier
- Handling with suppliers about prices, quality of products/spare parts
- Incoming goods and consumption checking
- Cooperate with other locations to find out the best suppliers
Your Skills and Experience
Job requirements
- Education Skills: Diploma/College certificate in financial fields, purchase field
- Experience: At least 1 year working as a controller, accounting or auditor
- It’s a plus if you have worked as a purchaser already
- Have experience in working with the different processes, systems in manufacturing company
- Knowledge about: ERP system, good MS office, accounting knowledge
- Very good in English (German is a plus)
