Quality Assurance Manager
Food & Beverage, QA/QC, FMCG - Hung Yen
Salary: $2000 - $3000
The Job
Main Purpose of Job: Manage all Quality processes of the factory and North market to meet or exceed established goals/KPIs. Ensure the optimal organization and performance of the company’s quality system in the factory including the performance of the laboratory and hygienist. Ensuring compliance of quality system and standards to local law or regulations as well as Company Guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that finished products are consistently manufactured meeting prescribed standards (compliant), on time and meeting consumer expectations. With high quality performance of production line
- Effectively manage the DOR, ensure exchange of information (cascade Target/escalate issues) for alignment with the objectives in the short term and WOR, MOR for medium and long term to achieve quality objectives and to identify and achieve performance improvement
- Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with the local laws striving for Zero accidents through continuous coaching on safety behaviours.
- Develop and manage all quality assurance systems (ISO22000, ISO9001, ect.)/ processes/ procedures/ SOP and work instructions, etc. Enssuring they are all well implemented and continuously improved.
- Lead a continuous improvement/employee involvement culture through NCE approach. Drive for excellence and support subordinates in their tasks.
- Provide timely feedback and coaching to individuals and team in order to develop them to their full potential and to achieve objectives. Ensure succession plans and development - coaching of direct reports
- Ensure ongoing smooth operation of QA organization through employee and industrial relations
- Ensure the timely launch of new products to the Market as per agreement with the business unit
- Working time managing throught out the proper arrangement workforce which complies to Vietnamese law and regulations
- Implement and drive continuous improvement activities through implementation of change management process and best practices
- Budget Management: Build quality budget, ensuring justification, request, implementation, reporting and tracking in line with Guidelines
- Leading for development and managements of supporting tools as GMP/5S/etc. To ensure they are properly applied and improved
- Leading and coordinating to build up quality objectives, including KPI's, follow up, review, action taken to obtain defined objectives and continuous improvement
- Ensuring good operation of the laboratory. Leading for improvements
- Ensuring FSMS/NQMS are fully implemented in the factroy.
- Plan, organize and lead all Quality internal and external assessments/audits, Ensurring gaps are closed properly and on time
- Report any issue related to food safety system to plant manager.
- Other specific tasks as requested by Plant Manager

Your Skills and Experience
- 03 years experience in Quality assurance management
- Experience in organizing and leading meetings
- Experience in leading projects involving different departments or functions.
- Experience in organizing, leading quality system internal/external audits
- Experience in developing, implementing ISO9001, ISO22000 and other quality enssurance systems
- Experience in change Management
- Understand throughly quality managment systems as ISO9001, ISO22000
- Understand throughly NQMS, FSMS and all others Company guidelines, Quality assurance support tools
