The Job
Main Duties and Functions:
- 1. Catch the latest Technology, market trend, new ideas about Hair Care products and develop ahead the market, high competitive to competitors
- 2. Research & Develop new formulation for all Hair Care products, apply on specified products (Shampoo, Conditioner, Treatment, Hair Oil, Hair Styling, Gel, Wax, Hair Straightening/Dye)
- 3. Developing and maintaining technical expertise among RD Hair care center team
- 4. Providing input into business through NPD meeting
- 5. Providing support for product launch and continuous improvement of product and process
- 6. Developing specification: specify product characteristic and technical performance target, optimize and harmonise specification
- 7. Contact point about matters related to Hair & Scalp, Haircare product’s information
- 8. Coordinate with Experts/Researchers/Academic Institutes to create New Innovation/Patent in Hair Care
- 9. Develop Standard Performance Test which can be applied for the whole group
- 10.Understand consumer need and translation into technical properties and performance characteristic
- 11.Generate and support for product claim
- 12.Anticipate, assess and minimize of PR and competitive challenge
- 13.Competitor monitoring
- 14.Responsible for laboratory safety management
Your Skills and Experience
- 1.Min 3 years experience of Hair care formulation in FMCG operation
- 2. Worked for Hair care Center in MNC or studied deep dive about Hair care products is an advance
- 3. Good communication skill
- 4. Fluency in English is required and University Degree qualified
- 5. Able to drive team in achieving delivery to clients on time
- 6. Able to generate new initittiaves and innovations
- 7. Able to communicate with all levels,
