The Job

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reporting to HR director, your main responsibility is to implement recruitment and training strategy to improve staff capability to achieve the business objectives and the company's development requirements. 

 1.Recruitment

  • Coordinate with each internal department for annual/ monthly workforce planning (both office staff and worker) based on company development strategy
  • Manage and update job descriptions; ensure updated JD are available once required
  • Provide recruitment services and support to business leaders through job/position analysis, candidate selection, offering and on-boarding training
  • Manage job posted; seek candidates for back-up database, personal net-working, job website, newspaper
  • Maintain and develop company profile on HR forum (as LinkedIn; HRlink.vn; …) to widen our sources of candidates
  • Coordinate with third parties to ensure candidate resources
  • Manage headcount report and planning; updated recruitment status weekly/monthly
  • Attract, retain and develop employees in line with Company policies
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by HR Director

 2.Training

  • Build up competency matrix in collaboration with department leads
  • Identify internal and external training programs to address competency gaps
  • Organize, develop and source training programs to meet specific training needs
  • Liaise with external training consultants to organize the most effective training courses
  • Ensure the training’s effectiveness and efficiency through training evaluation (both for trainers and trainees)
  • Manage training budgets (in cooperation with HR Director) and reports

Your Skills and Experience

Education/ Training Qualifications:

  • University degree with major in Human Resource/ Business Administration. Master degree is preferred.
  • Master degree is preferred.

Experience:

  • Master of HR or related field with minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, familiar with production environment is preferable

Knowledge/ Skills/ Personalities:

  • Good communication in English
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of the full recruitment process
  • Expertise in various recruitment channels, social networks for recruitment
  • Good problem-solving skill
  • Good Leadership skill, teamwork and method management
