Regional Trade marketing Manager
Trade Marketing, FMCG - Can Tho
Salary: $1500- $2400
The Job
Trade Marketing Management
- Work with Country Office marketing to align and input for trade marketing plans & activities
- Align with Sales region for trade marketing plans & activities
- Track, monitor and report performance of trade marketing plans/ activities in assigned region
- Keep tracking and analyze competitors and propose action plan in assigned region
- Make weekly report on trade marketing activities to Country Office marketing team
Budget management
- Control marketing budget as plan
- Track, monitor, report marketing expenses
PicOS
- Give input to CO marketing on design of PicOS
- Align with Sales region and request CO Marketing for POS production and delivery to distributor
- Support Market Execution in term of PicOS deployment
- Analyze, report progress of PicOS deployment in the assigned region
Market Intelligence
- Make monthly region analysis & competitor report & propose action plan
- Ad hoc market report & analysis
Your Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in a product management, marketing management, trade marketing or equivalent role
- At least 2 years of working experience in sales/marketing in FMCG industry
- 2 years of working experience in similar position
- Strong communication skill
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration
- Strong corporate business acumen and high technical aptitude is desired
- Energetic, organized and business-driven approach is highly recommended
- Strong peer leadership skills with the ability to drive consensus and go-forward direction when needed as well as fearless of challenges
- Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to successfully multi task
- Excellent judgment and creative problem solving skills
