Replenishment Manager/Distributions Manager
Customer Service, Planning/Projects, Purchasing/Supply Chain, FMCG - Ho Chi Minh
Salary: $2500 - $3000
The Job
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Accountable for the right inventory levels of all finished goods and trading goods at distributors nationwide (GT & MT), contributing to the effectiveness of working capital and logistics operation management in the extended supply chain
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
- Report to Supply Chain Manager
- Subordinate: Replenishment Planners
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage stock at all distributors nationwide
- Ensure optimal stock levels
- Ensure correct stock allocation for promotion
- Manage stock allocation in case of insufficient supply from Company
- Manage stock reserved for KA customers
- Quarterly update optimal Min.Max stock level for all distributors as a basis for daily replenishment
Ensure transportation optimization
- nsure optimal order sizes and delivery frequencies
Manage day-to-day replenishment orders to distributors
- Ensure right orders are sent to right distributors
- Ensure the connection with all distributors in terms of sending orders and getting confirmation to/from distributors
- Solve disputes, disagreements (if any)
Act as the key user of EWR
- Maintain master data
- Maintain and enhance functionalities
- Liaise with FCSCAP/ ICT department to solve system issues
Make report, analysis
Your Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in Logistics/Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 2 years experience in a managerial role and in leading a team
- Solid Knowledege & experience in logistics management, warehousing, distribution, customer services and other supply chain related services
- Experience in managing customer logistics projects & developing procedures to ensure success projects
- Customer oriented with ability to establish strong relationships and interact effectively with customers at various level
- Ability to effectively adopt information technology and logistics solutioins as an enabler to supply chain processes
- Good command of English
