Replenishment Planner/Distribution Planning Specialist
Pharmaceutical/Biotech, Planning/Projects, Purchasing/Supply Chain, FMCG - Ho Chi Minh
Salary: $800 - $1200
The Job
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Accountable for the right inventory levels of all finished goods and trading goods at Company distributors of the assigned region
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
- Report to Replenishment Manager
- Subordinate: None
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage stock at all distributors nationwide
- Ensure optimal stock levels
- Ensure correct stock allocation for promotion
- Manage stock allocation in case of insufficient supply from Company
Manage day-to-day replenishment orders to distributors:
- Ensure right quantities of right products are sent to right distributors
- Ensure the connection with all distributors in terms of sending orders and getting confirmation to/from distributors
- Solve disputes, disagreements (if any)
Use EWR – replenishment software – effectively
- Maintain master data
- Use reporting in EWR
Manage day-to-day communications with distributors of the assigned region regarding the distributor stock and order details
Your Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in Logistics/Supply Chain Management
- Solid Knowledege & experience in logistics management, warehousing, distribution planning
- Good command of Microsoft Office and SAP
- Functional/Professional/Technical Competencies:
+Knowledge about SAP system
+Knowledge about basic supply chain management;
+Knowledge about food safety, food storage
• Soft skills:service-minded, negotiation skills, communication skills; - Personal Attributes: Analysis Minded, Open-minded attitude, Accurate Manner
- Good command of English
