Sales Compliance Specialist

Salary: $800- $1000
The Job
- Manage to increase Distributor’s awareness on ethical business building and compliance with Company rules of conduct policies and level playing field for all Distributors in building a long term business:
- In charge Business Conduct of Rules project to building stable business for Distributors.
- Develop the strategy to enhance Legal base for all Business Conduct of Rules enforcement activities.
- Provide reports/ analysis related to the Price-cut project.
- Improve Distributors' awareness about Rules of Conduct.
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance or related field
- Minimum 2 – 3 year experience in Sales Admin / Compliance Management position
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills will be an added advantage.
- Strong experience & skills in handling tough inquiries from customers
- Experience in MLM sales management and/or Legal matters will be an advantage
- Ability to build partnership and strong influencing communication skills
- Strong decisiveness & problem-solving skills
- Strong ability in enforcing and disciplinary action
