Sales & Marketing Executive
Sales - Ho Chi Minh
Salary: $1000-$1400
The Job
You will be responsible for:
- Meet & exceed delivery of revenue targets for Company in Vietnam;
- Plan, Develop and implement initiatives and strategies for revenue generation, cost of sale reductions,
- Manage pricing analysis & proposals with Pricing Manager Asia to ensure Company position in the market is not compromised by competitor activity
- Report and act on market intelligence that will impact on Company revenue
- Coordinate local marketing activities in line with regional strategy to achieve profitable & positive brand positioning
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external customers and groups in market
- Identification and exploitation of new opportunities for business growth through existing and new channels and support achievement of channel shift;
- Conduct sales visit & sales call to travel agencies & corporates
- Promote Company as the preferred airline
- Conduct regular account/customer reviews;
- Act as a team player working collaboratively across the organisation supporting the delivery of team goals and targets.
- Report to: Sales Manager
Your Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role you will display:
- Proven experience with foreign airline in a Sales Executive capacity
- Candidates has strong background in hospitality, travel, tourism, wholesales, commerce, good network in agency
- Proficient in English
- Extensive experience with various sales and marketing initiatives
- Understanding of corporate customer, Travel trade & market dynamics
- Self-motivated, adaptable, flexible and agile
- Commercial capability to contribute to business process change
- Analysis skills
- Team player
