Sales & Marketing Manager
Marketing, Real Estate, Sales - Ho Chi Minh
Salary: $1500- $2000
The Job
- Report to the Sales & Marketing Director;
- Be responsible for sales activities and to achieve sales target set by the company;
- Participate in the sales planning and implementation;
- Identify market segments through market research, in order to formulate and implement our advertising and promotion campaigns;
- Active involvement in the co-ordination and execution of sales launches;
- Motivate staff training highly and ensure good team works;
- Build up our network of business contacts;
- Develop relationships with existing agents to maximize agent retention.
Your Skills and Experience
- Degree in Business, Building or Real Estate;
- At least 3 - 5 years of working experience with a real estate developer, consultancy or agency. Experience with a large-scale developer or leading agency is an advantage;
- Can work under very high pressure;
- Strong fluency in both oral and written English and Vietnamese, Chinese is a plus;
- Strong determination and self-motivated to success;
- Self-confident and strong personality, Well-presented;
- Strong management, leadership skills with capability to manage, coach and motivate a team of salespeople;
- Excellent problem solving skills;
- Able to work under pressure and handle problems..
