Sales Supervisor (General Trade) - South Provinces
Customer Service, Sales, FMCG - Ho Chi Minh, Other, South East
Salary: Competitive Offer Package
The Job
- Manage and monitor promotions (timing, allocation, stock delivery, execution)
- Prepare beat plan for his in-charge sales teams, monitor them by daily trade visits
- Check and implement support activities/sales plan/company policies and make sure that the target are achieved
- Assess the performance of sales teams, train and motivate them towards professionalism within a limited support framework form as Distributor
- Assist Sales Manager/Area Sales Manager in analyzing Distributor's performance, sales opportunities & making proposals for improvement
- Monitor competitor activities, develop and implement appropriate counter proposals pro-actively
- Do periodical & required reports
- Working Location: South Provinces
Your Skills and Experience
- University graduate, major in Business studies is preferred.
- At least 1-2 years experience in Sales and team management in FMCG.
- Willing to work in any location from HCM to Binh Thuan is a must
- Promotion and merchandizing skills preferable.
- Good English (Written - Speaking)
- Good coaching & training skill.
- Good background in FMCG.
- Ready to relocate for work in any provinces in North, Eastern and Mekong as required by the company.
- Must have motorbike driving license.
