Sales Training Supervisor
Pharmaceutical/Biotech, Sales, FMCG, Professional Training - Ho Chi Minh
Salary: $800- $1000
The Job
Purpose of the role:
Takes responsibility for:
- Contents development for online training channels
- Develop and control the communication plan
- Online training analysis for quality control and improvement areas
- Support inthe enhancement and developing of Business training curriculums
Key Responsibilities:
Contents development for online training channels: LMS system, studio ABO
- Design, develop and implement online training system/contents and blended programs utilizing contemporary instructional design theories and methodologies
- Create a style guide for developing and future materials.
- Produce instructional design documents such as storyboards, scripts, media lists and assessment tools.
- Document processes and standards in the creation of online course materials such as templates, checklists and guidelines.
- Provide guidance and specialized knowledge to other members of the team.
- Review, pilot, deploy and evaluate online training system course products.
- Actively participate in special projects, initiatives and programs as required.
- Maintain relevant project documentation
Develop and control the communication plan to ensure the traffic indicators of online training channels (logins, unique logins, registers, completions…)
- Creating and delivering innovative communications campaigns that drive ABOs’ engagement to online training channels
- Partnering with senior leaders and key stakeholders, offering best practice communications guidance and support
Online training analysis for quality control and improvement areas
- Evaluate the instructional effectiveness of programs, courses, and training products.
- Research and evaluate new and emerging technologies and approaches and policies for potential application to instructional opportunities
Support in the enhancement and developing of Business Training curriculums:
- Support in the contents project of Business training, focusing on Business skills and Sales & Marketing Plan
- Monitor and feedback to upline about contract trainer performance
- Regularly contract part- time trainers and ABOs to enhance and develop the contents
TEAM MANAGEMENT
- Consult, manage & develop high performing team members to achieve all regulatory objectives
Your Skills and Experience
- Education:BA/BS
- Degree Field: Business Administration, Economic or related field
- Certification(s) : Degree in Adult Learning
- Related Experience (years): 2
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Related Experience:
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness.
- Demonstrated organizational, problem-solving skills and time management, presentation skills.
- Solid interpersonal and customer service skills for effective communication with all employee levels.
- Strong coaching, interpersonal and development skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Effective team interaction/linking, both peer to peer and supervisor to employee.
- Able to develop/modify process, establish procedures and execute plans, through proper and accurate analytical & diagnostic process.
- Must be innovative and flexible.
- Well organized, result oriented and able to work under high pressure.
- Positive attitude & high level of maturity.
- Ability & willing to travel frequently
