SAP Master Data Manager
IT - Software, FMCG - Ho Chi Minh
Salary: $1500 - $2000
The Job
Principle accountabilities:
- To ensure that SAP Master Data is of the highest quality, achieved through robust processes and systems, with the least effort and resource expended, which complies with Global Master Data quality rules and definitions, complies with Local Master Data quality rules and in line with the agreed service KPIs and timelines.
Reporting relationship:
- Reporting to ICT Manager and Project Manager (during project timeline)

Job responsibilities:
Day to day management of requests and changes
- Fully understanding the SAP data creation and maintenance processes and using this knowledge to effectively manage future system data changes
- Assisting in the creation, change and maintenance of high quality master data in the system
- Being the point of contact between Company and Global Master Data Service Centre (GMDSC) for maintenance and creation of master data
- For centrally maintained data objects: collaborating with GMDSC team to manage the maintenance of high quality master data in the system, in line with agreed KPIs and with excellent customer service to the business
- For locally maintained data objects: entering, testing and releasing master data items in SAP or other related systems
- Robustly facilitating any remedial work needed on a request
- Efficiently monitoring incoming MDM change requests, prioritising and dealing with them in order to achieve fulfilment of KPIs (within data quality standards)
- Keeping regular communication with all interested parties, ensuring that they know the status of pending requests and any related issues
- Assisting in Data Quality Monitoring process by fixing data quality issues raised by others (such as GMDSC)
- Ensuring that the team member who acts as a backup to the role in the event of annual leave, sickness, etc. is fully trained with the necessary knowledge and skills to cover the role
Supporting the business
- Provide business support in regards to master data management, and act as point of information for the master data related issues within Frisian Flag Indonesia
- Understand different business areas and related data management needs with particular attention to the dependencies of some data objects in multiple business areas
- Champion Frisian Flag master data requirements and rules for objects that are shared with other OpCo’s
- Build and maintain good relationships with the business (e.g. requestors, key users, etc.)
- Provide information and knowledge to business
Your Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of master data management experience
- Completed at least 2-3 full-cycle implementations
- Good at business analyst and strong configuration in SAP or other similar systems Required skills
- Trouble shooting, analysis skills
- Office based administrative experience with regular contact between various departments
- Customer relationship building or training or similar
- Effectively communication, negotiation/problem solving
- Good command of English
- Good at analytical
- Sound understanding of FMCG business model is a plus
