Senior Brand Communications Supervisor
Advertising/Promotion/PR, Health/Medical Care, Marketing, Cosmetics - Ho Chi Minh
Salary: $1000- $1800
The Job
To develop, implement & evaluate brand communications plan based on Brand team briefing to support brand objectives:
- Translate Brand positioning, Brand objectives & Target audience into annual strategic brand communications plan in diverse channels;
- Align with Brand team, concerned departments & agencies to implement brand communications plan that meet Brand objectives and within budget;
- Work with Brand & Creative Design for creative look of assigned products/brands and associated communications materials;
- Work with Brand & Digital to develop content for digital apps, website & social media that supporting to brand communications plan;
- Follow production & implementation for all activities within plan with assigned stakeholders;
- Work with CMI & concerned departments for analyzing & monitoring the effectiveness of brand communications plan including KPI, Trends, Spending, Quality & Key learning points.
Manage & maintain marketing communications materials (in printed, video & web-based format) in line with brand guide and brand identities toolkit:
- Coordinate with Creative Design & Editor to ensure related business support materials production are aligned with guideline: concept, message, art, copy, wording… within assigned products/brands;
- Assure media, sales events, physical presence using brand information follow brand art and style guides.
Work with Marketing Admin &Technical Regulation for advertising licenses.
To handle job responsibilities by special assignments.
Your Skills and Experience
- University Graduation
- 2-3 years in Branding & Communications preferred
- Agencies or Clients experience with hands-on experience from planning to execution;
- Sound knowledge about marketing communications practice in Vietnam market;
- Sense of art & ability to generate creative ideas supporting to strategic direction;
- Good writing & editing skills in both English & Vietnamese;
- Can manage projects & influence people across backgrounds, knowledge and work level
- Self-motivated & flexible to adapt with changes;
- Showing personal interest in make-up, skin care & personal care products is an advantage.
