Senior Leasing Manager
Civil/Construction, Real Estate, Sales - Ho Chi Minh
Salary: Salary is competitive
The Job
- Work with Director of Commercial Assets to formulate and implement leasing/marketing strategies to maximize rental and occupancy for the commercial components (office building and retail) of the Company’s real estate portfolio at prime location in HCMC.
- Coordinate with internal/external parties to ensure the strategy is carried out as planned.
- Plan, initiate, build and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships
- Lead the negotiation on the leases and attend to tenancy-related matters
- Prepare rental reports, budgets, re-forecasts, cash flows and analyzing variances
- Conduct periodic market research and prepare market synopsis
- Other responsibilities including meetings organization, reporting and any other required works.
Your Skills and Experience
- A good Degree in Real Estate or Business qualifications from top local or overseas universities.
- A solid understanding of Vietnam real estate industry and retail landscape
- Excellent communication, passion, dedication and energy
- Self-motivated, independent and customer-orient
- Good writing and presentation skills
- At least 4 years’ experience in similar position for Manager level and 2 years’ experience for Associate level.
