Senior Product Supervisor
Marketing - Ho Chi Minh
Salary: $1300-$1600
The Job
Manage assigned categories & brands which are major brands effectively in order to well grow the categories in both sales & brand performance
1. Develop and propose marketing plans for in-charge categories/brands
2. Build complete brand plans aligned with marketing strategy including brand campaigns, new products launching, promotion, training programs…
3. Execute and follow up to deliver marketing plans/brand plan on time, smoothly & effectively
4. Ensure Global/Regional standards are well met.
5. Manage A&P budget as allocated for own products, brands and ensure maximum return on investment.
Product forecast & inventory tracking
1. Manage good level of inventory through well product forecast, pricing and stock monitoring.
2. Cooperate with local & global planning team to make sure marketing activities which impact to sales performance are well updated to planning team in due time
3. Handle distributor/consumer inquiries and complaints quickly and efficient in order not to bring down the brand image and company reputation
4. Work closely with trainers to control the training content and workshop in order to promote the brand knowledge to distributors effectively
5. Work closely with event team to execute the launching and training effectively
6. Work closely with Technical Regulatory to get product/advertising material license
Your Skills and Experience
-
BA of Marketing or related field
-
Thorough knowledge and experiences in Product/Brand Management
-
At least 3-year experience in Marketing positions in FMCG/Nutrition/Pharma or related industries. Experience in nutrition or beauty marketing is preferable

Good analytical sense, strategic planning

Good in customer orientation & relationship management
-
Well organized, result oriented and able to work independently under high pressure with the sense of urgency

Positive attitude & high level of maturity

Good Communication & interpersonal skills
-
Good command of spoken & written English and Vietnamese
