The Job

Job Purpose: This role support the company across various functionality to establish best practices and leverage technology to deliver strategic insights to senior management. The role will establish best practices to manage an efficient and effective strategic planning process so as to maximize our sales performance and lead Company vision of redefining luxury living in HCMC to create unique landmark developments that will last for generations.

Key requirements of the role include:

  • Assisting the residential sales team in all facets of strategic planning, inclusive of regular updates to residential sales quotas and residential sales plan.
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis around residential sales performance, providing valuable data driven insight to facilitate business decision making. 
  • Identify levers for driving revenue growth and residential sales efficiency. 
  • Analyze current segmentation and brand performance.
  • Manage customer and market penetration data analysis. 
  • Partner residential sales leadership to refine messaging focus throughout the sales cycle to differentiate Alpha King from the competition. 
  • Develop a residential sales metrics to determine key focus areas to drive performance. Utilize this analysis to communicate techniques to the residential sales force to increase sales performance and effectiveness. 
  • Support residential sales forecasting process. 
  • Relentlessly analyze HCMC real estate market and proactively offers insight and recommendations to residential sales and executive leadership to improve residential sales performance. 
  • Acts as a key partner between the Residential Sales Team, Marketing, Finance and other internal stakeholders. 
  • Ensure that residential sales objectives are clearly communicated and documented in a timely fashion.  
  • Provide input to senior leadership in the development of effective commission plans.  
  • Create residential sales and executive reporting consisting of revenue forecasts and development KPIs, residential sales cycle metrics, trends and comparatives, segmentation and analysis including customer, vertical, territory, and product.  

Key Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Analytics Environment – Partner other teams across different functionality to establish and continuously evolve a best in class strategic analytics environment to provide effective and insightful management reporting based on management needs.Drive adoption and insights across sales and marketing managers, leading an effective cadence of reporting and insights from executive leadership to first line managers.
  • Financial Modelling – Perform complex analysis including predictive forecasting and financial modelling to enable leaders to efficiently understand KPIs required to achieve business goals.
  • Strategic Planning – Leverage best in class strategic planning techniques to support leaders in configuring the optimal territory coverage models to maximize sales.
  •  BestPractices–Champion and establish industry best practices on assetmanagement analytics, driving action from effective insights and strategic planning techniques.

 The successful candidate will possess the following knowledge

  • Residential Sales technologies
  • Reporting & analytics knowledge
  • Residential Database management
  • Residential Sales performance indicators/metrics
  • Quantitative theories and methods
  • Vietnam Residential Real Estate Market Research Knowledge
  • Passion for Residential Real Estate with a vision to shape the skyline of HCMC
  • Fluency in Vietnamese and English. Knowledge of Chinese will be an advantage

Your Skills and Experience

  • Financial Modelling Skills
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant strategic planning, asset management, or other relevant experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multi-task, play close attend to detail yet remain organized and focused
  • Strong business acumen, self-motivated and results oriented
  • In-depth understanding of qualitative businessmetrics
  • Strong understanding of Vietnam real estate market dynamics
  • Must be consultative and able to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Capable of communicating actionable analytical findings to executive level in a clear and concise manner.
