The Job
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with Director of Commercial Assets and Director of Strategic Planning to propose business strategy for a portfolio of integrated projects in prime location in Ho Chi Minh City.
Oversee the overall sales and marketing for residential assets, including but not limited to:
- Project launch preparation and marketing plan
- Preparation of marketing materials (e.g. advertisement)
- Construction and development of show flats
- Salesforce organization and brokers contracting
- Pricing and discounts of units
- Phasing of the sales
Oversee the leasing management of commercial assets, including but not limited to:
- Tenant attraction strategy
- Tenant management and retaining tenants
- Setting of rental targets and strategy
- Hiring of brokers
Work/ manage team to coordinate with internal/external parties to ensure the strategy is carried out as planned.
Lead the team to conduct deep market researchon customer behavior and trends, and provide inputs for other departments to be customer centric
Formulate and execute asset management strategies and plans for real estate portfolio to achieve cost efficiency, operational effectiveness and profitability.
Develop and monitor budget and cost.
Other responsibilities including meetings organization, reporting and any other required works.
Your Skills and Experience
- A good Degree in Real Estate; Finance-related or Business qualifications from top local or overseas universities.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and distill this information into meaningful reports and presentations.
- Excellent communication, passion, dedication and energy.
- At least 3 years’ experience in Real Estate, prefer in commercial (office & retail)
- Experience in Investment Banking, Management Consulting for manager position is a plus
