Supply Chain Specialist

The Job
Planning & Budgeting
- Maintain Purchase-Sales-Inventory (PSI), weekly Sell-Out result, necessary data to compare with forecast/ budget for Sales & Marketing members to quickly capture market trend
- Consolidate weekly/ monthly budgeting/ targeting
Communicating
- Communicate with Headquarter (HQ)/ Factory/ Regional HQ for updating shipment information, sales data & budget/ forecast follow-up
- Contact with overseas suppliers to get sufficient documents (CO, Form D, Form E, MSDS, technical certificate, etc.) to apply import license & manage shippers/ forwarders for international transference sales, goods damage return
- Check and deal with suppliers for quarterly pricing to ensure the most workable & efficient cost
Supply Chain Management
- Be in charge of some categories; Demand-Supply check, involve in new system operation; revise and follow up Seihan rule
- Follow up Purchase Orders, check Shipping documents as well as CO, Taxes, HS code then approach the Import-Export Dept. to apply customs clearance procedure according to shipping plans and company SOP
- Ensure all products (including samples testing) will be provided timely as forecast and launching schedule
- Manage and ensure the supply (in-out-thru), inventory planning, shipment delivery and new products launching schedule with both domestic and Regional Supply Chain organization in Singapore
- Lead time management & Others duties to improve Operation
Reporting & Data Analysis:
- Database analyzer about market uptrend/ downtrend flow
- Report upon Stock compensation, Inventory, Sales In/Out, Incoming Shipment, Abnormal sheet from systems SAP, OSI, Tableau to deliver operating productivity initiatives by weekly, monthly
Collaborating & Problem Solving
- Coordinate directly with the Import-Export team to guarantee timely custom clearance,warehouse team to ensure logistic supports are well-conducted
- Keep updating the new compliance from the Government, Customs, MOIT to get in line with the procedure and regulation
- Process monthly statement to issue payment requisition progress. Approach Finance team to create code in SAP system for new item of POSM products, bundle goods for sale campaigns/ promotions
- Collaborate and support Marketing Communication/ Sales for events, activities planning & analysis based on historical/actual data
Your Skills and Experience
- Education: University/ College.
- Major in: Economy/ Marketing.
- Experience: At least 1 year at related field.
- English: Advance
- Specific Skills (Skills and abilities): Planning, communication & problem solving.
- Knowledge: Large experience of budgeting/ planning & Operation Process.
- Computer skills: Understanding well PC OS. Excellent in MS Office, especially Excel & data analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Especially Excel and Power Point), especially using Excel for data analysis.
- Other requirements: Good communication internally and externally.
