The Job

  Role:

  • The Talent Acquisition Executive role is to ensure implementation and sustainment of HR best practices to attract talents thru attracting suitable people & embedding Company working culture as company programs.

 Accountabilities:

  1. Recruit people timely and quality as TA approval matrix
  2. Design, and update TA policy, process
  3. Execute TA procedure (recruitment, internal transfer, internal job posting, resignation, referral) as TA approval matrix to ensure compliance in execution
  4. Implement employer branding programs as guideline from TA Lead to promote Company image
  5. Timely update organization design & development (structure, JD, organization communication, etc.)
  6. Support in consolidating headcounts during AOP/ SBP to ensure timely & accurate information
  7. In order to build talent pool, design, implement & cascade talent management programs as guideline from HRBP/ TA Lead to implement programs effectively and meet KPI of each project, such as number of applications, quality of candidates selected, etc. (Management Trainee, Sales Trainee, etc.)
  8. Make reports timely & accurately (manpower, headcount reports as region request, etc.)
  9. GCS:
  • As a control owner, perform control roles and responsibility in accordance with Company Accountability model. Support Process Owner in driving GCS agenda. Understand the objective of the assigned control(s) and document the test script attributes for effective execution of the control, evaluate control effectiveness through testing as per GCS guidelines and maintain an audit trail to evidence execution of the activities. Ensure timely remediation of any control deficiencies.

Your Skills and Experience

  • University graduation
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in HR with relevant role
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English language in verbal & writing
  • Good at interview & selection skill, project management, time management & planning
  • Strong ethics and high integrity
  • Personal qualities – transparent and approachable, quality conscious and results oriented
