Assistant Finance Manager
Accounting, Auditing, FMCG - Ho Chi Minh
Salary: $1500 - $2000
The Job
Role Description:
- Responsible for the analysis, support consultants to design the right template, configuration of the SAP FICO areas to meet the business needs.
- Representative of business processes (FI, CO, includes: internal order, cost center, profitability analysis….) with local decision authority at operational levels).
- Knowledge source for current local business processes
- Coordinates activities within team and works with other process teams on integration items.
Main Activities:
- Providing knowledge of current local business process
- Validate current business process to global template
- Identify process/data gaps and organizational impact
- Supports master data migration
- Support Change Owners in executing change action plan
- Supporting ITC2 (integration test)
- Executes testing during UAT
- Provides training to end users
- Business Process key user also for future support organization
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor or Master degree in a business fields such as accounting, banking, finance, business and/or economics
- At least 3 years of experiences in both Financial Accounting and Management Accounting functions of MNC preferably FMCG
- Knowledgeable in business process area and integration aspects
- SAP CO/FI modules, and understand the linkage between FI, CO modules with other modules to have the final result of management reports.
- Haveknowledge of master data, GL, AP, AR, Asset accounting and Cash and Bank accounting including new GL accounting, automatic payment programs and closing cockpit.
- Have knowledge of cost element, cost center, internal order, product costing, profitability analysis and profit center accounting.
- Understand dependency between FI and CO and other logistics modules
- Understands the dependencies and interrelationships between separate functional modules of SAP and provide financial expertise into the definition and resolution of issues in this area with this knowledge
