The Job

General Description

(i) Total rewards HR strategies:
 
  • Design and implement Total Rewards / HR Operation Policies and Process.
  • Oversee Monthly Payroll and Process. And manage third party (Outsource) to ensure cost effectiveness and accuracy in reporting.
  • Handle Performance Management (GPMS) process and payment.
  • Conduct Promotion / Salary Review – Salary structure
  • Conduct and provide professional advice on compensation-related practices, such as Merit increase, salary adjustment, and advisor to offer salary for new hires.
  • Conduct or participate in relevant Mercer Surveys. Propose actions plan and support its execution.
  • Handle the Benefits and Allowances.
  • Manage the policies for Relocation (Domestics and Oversea).
  • Ensure the best implementation of policies according to company regulations and current law.
(ii) Budget planning and forecast:
 
  • Elaborate new C & B policies based on business growth and granted budget.
  • Labor Cost Forecast & Budgeting. -Compulsory insurance fund by Government.
  • Follow & alert about headcount’s change to assure labor productivity
  • Follow and synthesize headcount plan
  • Build up reasonable HR cost and closely monitor HR cost
  • Provide data for Strategic plan, Annual Operation Plan, Operation Review, and Quarterly Forecasting to analyze/ feedback/ provide consultant for HRD in these issues
  • Track and reconcile headcount planning
  • Build people cost properly and monitor General Admin expenses strictly

(iii) Employee Relations:

  • Consult other departments in all matters related to salary, bonus & benefits.
  • Communicate with employees on compensation & benefit-related policies/ scheme.

(iv) Others

  • HR Compliance.
  • Personal Income Tax process
  • Ad-hocs HR project assigned by HRD.

Your Skills and Experience

PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

  • Possess at least Bachelor Degree preferably Human Resources, Business Management, ect...
  • Requires at least 4+ years working experience for the same position with equivalent title and business size. Prefer candidates from Banking/Financial Services/FMCG industry
  • Being familiar with Excel or any related system of HR
  • Be able run/read and analysis the reports form Mercer Survey system.
  • Solid knowledge about Labor law and labour market in Vietnam,
  •  Able to lead internal team members and work closely with external business partners to achieve results
  • Strong self-motivated, mature, high adaptation and ability to work under pressure and ambiguity
  • High integrity & compliance with policy & process
  • High accuracy, sensitive with numbers
  • Good problem solving and influencing skill
  • Good mindset of innovation & business partnering
  • Communicate in English fluently (speaking and writing)
