The Job
Job purpose:
The Key Account planner develops and executes joint business plan with a group of customers within one Ecommerce model. He/she is responsible for the achievement of turn over target, the P&L of the categories and the engagement of cross-functions with such customer group.
Main Accountabilities
1. Manage perfect stores online
- Manage Company online shops (preparation of product portfolio, maintenance product in-stock status, etc.)
- Collaborate with internal teams to design Company Omni-channel assets
- Deliver Company strategic Perfect Store Online elements to customers & measure the effectiveness
2. Lead the development of 01 Ecommerce Model
- Design business strategy for Company on 01 Ecommerce Model – where to play and how to win
- Set up P&L Model & Business Plan with clarity of shopper, media and customer investment
- Integrate that model in Company ecosystem to enhance smooth operation
3. Grow Company categories on Ecommerce customers
- Champion a group of categories to deploy jobs to be done online & to deliver category target
- Co-create plan and negotiate with customers for brilliant execution
- Pick up shopper trends, triggers/barriers to define fast & appropriate actions for category growth

- At least 2 years relevant working experience in FMCG and Ecommerce Industry
