KEY ACCOUNT PROJECT MANAGER

The Job

Main Duties:          

  • Responsible for being a single point of contact for all Sales Operations related aspects  within assigned  Customer stores and deliver agreed objectives/targets
  • Ensure achievement of agreed targets/KPIs (NPS, RIG, TS, distribution, call coverage/frequency, merchandising...) for the assigned Customer stores
  • Coordinate with trade markting team and follow up/ update Field Sales Activity Plan for the assigned project (visibility campaign/ brand campaign,….)
  • Execute daily monitoring of activities against defined KPIs (sales out, OOS, on- time,  etc)
  • Responsible for the coordinating & follwing up the execution of the Channel Category plans at stores (POSM/activation/sampling) (Cycle Plan from ICP). Support the development of Field Sales and Category channel Plans by providing feedback on the Cycle plan activities execution
  • Responsible to provide quality and on-time information by customer, report on market dynamics, competitor activities,
  • Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies including NMLP, TS, Company/local Trade policy, local Trade Terms, IC3, Safety and local regulations
  • Develop  relationship with customer at  store level
  • Coach, motivate merchandisers.

Your Skills and Experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree, 2-3 years in trade marketing or Field sales of MT Channel, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs
  • Demonstrated ability to lead people
  • Capacity to understands all sales functions i.e. Trade marketing, Customers, Field Sales operations, ect.
  • Had experience in managing Promoters.
  • Good command of English
  • Good at communication, negotiation skills
