Legal Manager
Health/Medical Care, Legal/Contracts, Pharmaceutical/Biotech - Ho Chi Minh
Salary: $2000 - $3000
The Job
- Legal advice on all corporate/commercial operational matters for whole company
- Negotiate, review and approve all major corporate/commercial contracts for whole company, ensure they comply with law and safeguard company’s interests
- Corporate Licensing (main license & sub license)
- Legal advices to business functions (new & daily business issues & operation, new launches, promotion, advertising….)
- Follow up Product Trademark & technology transfer agreements and handle the IP violation
- Business contract review & modification
- Procedural (legal dispute- conflicts externally: Distributors, Services providers……)
- Manage & consult legal compliance with all applicable regulations
- Liaison with Global Legal and local law firms/consultant to provide legal consulting & support for Company’s business operation in Vietnam market
- Complaint handling and crisis control (adverse event product)
- Legal updates & training
- Instruction of outside counsel and managing the relationship efficiently
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor of Law from a recognized university;
- Relevant higher education and practice license are advantages;
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience
- Proven excellent knowledge and deep experience in intellectual property law and advertising/promotional regulations and a good understanding and working knowledge of corporate law, competition law, labelling regulations all other relevant Vietnam laws and regulations, administrative settlement regulations.
- Strong skills in analysis, drafting of contracts and legal documents for submission to competent authorities, negotiation, presentation;
- Ability to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines;
- Strong team work and customer service spirit;
- Management and leadership skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
