Mechanical Supervisor

The Job
Report to: Maintenance Manager
Subordinate: 12 people
The Mechanical Supervisor will manage the maintenance team to do the good service to satisfy the production’s requirement for production activity.
Safety:
- Ensure “SAFETY FIRST” principle is actually implemented in all activities of repair or maintenance through effective monitoring on working site of Technician and other members.
- Only qualified Technicians are assigned to Maintenance or Repair.
Key work:
- Be a part of team, work with team and lead the team on all activity to catch up the maintenance target.
- Carry out Preventive maintenance frequency plan for all equipment in the plant, work closely with production department to find out the appropriate time for carrying out the maintenance tasks.
- Propose with manager to upgrade, repair components, parts of equipment to increase the availability of machine.
- Troubleshoot problems happen to all machines during production.
- Join to find out the root cause of the problems, troubleshoot about fail of products, equipment break down.
- Review maintenance Key Performance Indicators of his team for follow-up and improvements.
- Monitor equipment downtime with focus on key process equipment.
- All equipment, tools shall be controlled for preventing loss, missing and un-proper use.
- Carry out other tasks assigned by department head.
Training:
- Create & update all necessary work instructions/ procedures to training for all subordinates and operators to make sure they can do right maintenance job.
- Build/Execute the skill development program of mechanical maintenance team
- Maintain and update training records.
- File all preventive maintenance and calibration records properly.
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing company
- Experience in maintenance and repair for Hydraulic presser
- Be able to communications in verbal and written English
- A strong ability to take leadership responsibilities
- Strong decision-making, problem solving and analytical abilities
- In depth knowledge in preventive maintenance
- Working Location: Binh Duong with support transportation
- Working Time: Monday to Saturday
