1. Design new initiatives to develop talent acquisition
- Propose new activities & channels to promote employer branding in Vietnam employment market to ensure to attract right talents to meet the Company’s need in Human Resource.
- Plan strategic recruitment to meet future resources.
- Responsible for recruitment of middle managerial level following the process and KPI set.
- Review, propose improvement and train (recruiters & hiring managers) in recruitment (policy and process, reporting, KPIs) to ensure recruitment quality
2. Lead Learning & Development function
- Development & implement learning programs, based on the talent needs in short and longtime (3 years) to meet the business growth in Vietnam.
- Leverage existing programs and propose new strategy to build a learning culture among employees
- Develop & implement leadership development programs by working proactively with business managers and internal or external training suppliers to prepare Vietnamese leaders.
- Develop technical capability of employees by working closely with business managers with support of regional or external vendors .
- Develop and manage efficiently annual L&D budget and plan based on business, organization and individual needs for M&S. .
3. Develop talent management
- Conduct organizational talent review with business managers annually to assess talent status, build succession plan and implement the action plan to ensure the readiness for replacement of critical positions.
- Develop career development path and personal development plan for identified talents to retain them and get them ready for job rotation or promotion
4. Enforce the company’s culture & performance
- Design & implement program/projects to enforce the Company’s culture, improve teamwork & cross functional and employees engagement
- Initiate processes to foster higher performance culture to meet the business objectives.
