The Job

- Đảm bảo sản phẩm tạo ra trong quá trình sản xuất phù hợp với tiêu chuẩn. Ensure product generated in the manufacturing process in accordance with standard.
- Phối hợp với sản xuất trong các hoạt động cải tiến. Phối hợp với sản xuất thực hiện các hành động khắc phục khi có sự cố chất lượng.
- Coordinate with production improvement activities. Coordinate with production implementation of corrective actions when problems quality.
- Góp ý, chỉnh sửa các WI không phù hợp trong sản xuất, kiểm tra tính hệ thống trong chuối sản xuất tại nhà máy gỗ.
- Feedback, WI edit unsuitable for production, systematic inspection of the production chain in wood factory.
- Kiểm tra Counter Sample, phát hiện sớm những nguy cơ chất lượng tiềm ẩn bằng cách audit tại các công đoạn sản xuất.
- Check counter sample early dectection of potential ricks by quality audit at the stage process.
- Truyền đạt thông tin chất lượng cho các shop floor, các bộ phận liên quan.
- Imparting quality information to the shop floor, the parts related.
- Thống nhất mức chất lượng trong toàn nhà máy, bảo đảm tính hợp lý của tiêu chuẩn với thực tế (làm yêu cầu chỉnh sửa khi cần thiết).

TRÁCH NHIỆM & QUYỀN HẠN:
Công việc hàng ngày (Daily work):
- Lên kế hoạch cho nhân viên cấp dưới.
- Planning work for subordinates.
- Đọc kế hoạch sản xuất và thông báo cho nhân viên biết những điểm cần lưu ý liên quan đến khách hàng, các sự cố đã xảy ra trong quá khứ, biên bản chấp nhận đặc biệt (nếu có), thông tin về Counter sample (nếu có),...
- Read the production plan and notify the employee that points to note regarding the customer, the incident happened in the past, Concession note minute ( if any) , information of counter sample ( if any)...
- Đọc kế hoạch sản xuất thử của PPD và kiểm tra nhằm đảm bảo những model đang sản xuất phải có mẫu counter samples trước khi sản xuất hàng loạt.
- Reading plan trail production of PPD and check to make sure counter sample was ready before mass production.
- Đọc và trả lời email liên quan đến chất lượng. Kiểm tra báo cáo của nhân viên cấp dưới và báo cáo Fc.
- Read and reply email related to quality, Inspection report of subordinates and final inspection report.
- Lên kế hoạch để phòng kiểm tra tuân thủ / làm theo quy định cảu sản xuất.
- Plan to check room compliance / follow the production process.
- Phối hợp với cac shop floor, FC giải quyết sự cố chất lượng trong phạm vi cho phép.
- Coordinate with WSF, FC to solve quality problem within allowed
- Kiểm tra , ngăn ngừa các lỗi phát sinh tiềm ẩn trong line để đầu ra đạt chất lượng.
- Check, prevent potential errors arising in line to achieve quality output.
Weekly/ monthly/ sudden tasks:
- Kiểm tra báo cáo tuần / tháng / sự cố chất lượng bất thường trong nhà máy.
- Inspection report week/ monthly/incident unsual quality in the factory.
- Kiểm tra mẫu từ PPD trước khi chuyển cho TD. Phát hiện những điểm không phù hợp (nếu có) để chỉnh sửa.
- Check sample made by PPD before move to TD. Detect defect ( if any) to improve.
- Lên kế hoạch audit/ đánh giá những quy trình quan trọng ( key process) trong nhà máy.
- Planned audit/ evaluation of important process ( key process) in the factory.
- Phối hợp với sản xuất , FC để giải quyết những vấn đề trong nhà máy, đảm bảo sản phẩm đạt theo tiêu chuẩn khách hàng.
- Coordinete with the production, FC to address quality issues in the factory, ensuring products meet standard factory/ customer.
- Cập nhật tiêu chuẩn sản xuất QC và các phòng ban liên quan
- Update standard for production , QC and departments related.
- Kiểm tra việc quản lý máy móc thiết bị trong bộ phận đề xuất những thiết bị cần thiết phục vụ cho công việc.
- Check the equipment manage in the department . Propose the necessary equipments for the Job.

Internal Relationship: ( Nội bộ)
- Contact IQA,FC ,SA to understand the quality.
- Liên lạc IQA,FC, SA để nhằm nắm rõ về thông tin chất lượng.
- Coordinate with supervision and production department heads to complete the inspection.
- Phối hợp với giám sát. Trưởng bộ phận sản xuất để hoàn thành tốt công việc kiểm tra.
- iên lạc bộ phận PPD, TD giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan đến kỹ thuật.
- Contact PPD, TD department to solve problems relative to engineering.
- Liên lạc với các phòng ban khác như MM,PPM,TD,.. khi cần thiết.
- Contact with other department such as MM,PPM,TD.. as needed.
- External Relationship: Liên hệ với nhà cung cấp khi cần thiết.Contact sub-contractor when needed.
REPORTING RALATIONSHIP (BÁO CÁO)
- Superrior: QA manager - Wood-Plastic-Composite Production.
- Subordinate(NV cấp dưới): QA Supervisor, QA Team leader, QA Staff/Auditor
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor Degree, major in Mechanical or Wood Processing
- At least 05 years experience in QA Manager at Outdoor Funiture Company
- Good awareness of QA applications as LEAN, Six Sigma, 7 QA Tools, SPC, FMEA, ISO
- Good experience in Furniture Production and QA risk assesment
- Good communication in English.
- Team work, good presentation and open mind
