The Job

Main Purpose of Job: Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this position will be responsible for the implementation of channel/region business strategy. This will mainly focus on all aspects GT channel i.e. outlet segmentation, sales, distribution, contract & negotiation, customer   investments....

Key responsibilities: 

  • Develops Sales plans and budgets to achieve or exceed the annual sales objectives for the  region.
  • Smoothly drive the operation of sales team and  distributors
  • Effectively and efficiently manage people resources and trade spending to ensure optimum utilization of resources in the region
  • Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales in the region
  • Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of company’s products and services across the region to achieve or exceed the sales  targets
  • Manage customer promotions and preferred sales contracts in the means of transparency, effectiveness, efficiency and integrity.
  • Co-ordinate and follow up with the warehouse/Logistics to ensure that adequate inventory stock of product is maintained for the Region in order to meet the sales delivery schedules and provide the distributors with superior levels of service and meet the needs of the  customer
  • Liaise with the Marketing team/CCSD to ensure that adequate marketing/CCSD support by way of merchandising and promotions is available in the region in order to provide brand visibility and promote sales in the   region
  • On time update challenges in internal operation and market execution and proactively propose/suggest  solutions..

Your Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, of which at least 2 year in ASM role.
  • University graduate
  • Be able communication by English
  • Good understanding of Wet market and Foods& Beverage is a plus
  • Experienced in doing field coaching with sales reps and sales supervisors.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and negotiation skills
  • Enjoy working in fast-paced, demanding environment and hard working
  • Self motivated, team motivated and result oriented
  • Has initiatives and good common sense, welcome challenges with strong leadership
