The Job

A.    Reward System Management

  • Participate in market surveys; analyze market data vs internal data to prepare reports on compensation trend line, make proposal for change and improvement on current rewards practice
  • Design, or manage the design of C&B programs, including salary structure, short-term & long-term incentives, new benefits, etc for all staff levels to ensure internal fairness and external competitiveness
  • Manage the movement process and annual salary review
  • Manage job evaluation process, job band & title system as a foundation for salary structure, career roadmap, training and development
  • Manage budget planning, analysis & control timely & accurately
B.    Expats Management
 
  • Manage payroll, benefits and PIT finalization for Expats to ensure accurate & timely payment & services

C.    Performance Management

  • Coordinate with L&D and HRBP department in implementing PM programs to ensure they follow Group’s schedules (Goal setting, Mid-year review, End year review)

D.    HR Policies and Procedures

  • Manage the development, review & implementation of policies, procedures in compliance with legal requirements & HC guideline

F.Others
  • Participate in other C&B assignments and HR projects as directed
 
 

Your Skills and Experience

  • Personal characteristics
  • Attention to details; high accuracy, high integrity

    Can do attitude and supporting mindset
     
  • Minimum 5 years of C&B experience of which 1 year in C&B management role
  • Profound knowledge of HAY job evaluation, salary survey of Mercer, budget management and other relevant regulations and HR practice.
  • Analytical skills
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Good level of English
  • Good command of Microsoft office (word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Good interpersonal skills.

    Experience in using SAP, HRIS system
