The Job
PURPOSE:
- To Standardize system of database and control to support for Sales and Mktg Activities
- To support data processing for Sales and Marketing because of its complication and high technical database
- Enhance the database collection and analyse the market pictures more details and accuracy to support for company planning and action against the quick changes from market.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
1.Generate Report/Database
- Interpreting data, analysing results using statistical techniques and providing on going reports
- Developing and implementing databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
- Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
- Provide data reporting, analysis and support for operations and support teams
2. Collect Market Information
- Aggressively identify potential data quality issues; pinpoint trouble spots in data and processes; assess impact on customer needs and retention and make recommendations for improvement
- Ensure high quality standards for data integrity and accuracy, analysis and reporting.
3. Analyze and hold meeting
- Ensure high quality standards for data integrity and accuracy, analysis and reporting.
- Work on a consultative basis for new project and enhancement initiatives to help ensure consistent application of data business rules and implementation of best practices.
4. Support for Data Management and Field Force – Promoters Operating Job
- Support for Promoter-Field Force Team with role as Admin PICs for data management and relevant activities assigned
Your Skills and Experience
- Education : University
- Major: Economy/ Business Administration/ Trade Marketing
- Experience (Year/s): Proven working experiences as a data analyst or business data analyst
- Foreign language: English: Intermediate
- Specific Skills (Skills and abilities):
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to details and accuracy.
- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
- Knowledge: Statistics and experience in using statistical packages for analysing large datasets
- Computer skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Especially Excel and Power Point)
- Others requirement : Careful, Hard-working and Team work
- Careful, teamwork, analyzing mind-set and Accuracy
- Active and meet the deadline
