The Job
Manages learning & development and talent management activities to build people and organization capability. Contributes to the HR development strategies
Work with management and line managers on
Training
- Ensure training programs support organizational development Run induction program for all staff, Internal Company Regulations Training, Code of Conduct Training
Talent Management
- Manage the policy, procedures and framework development of potential employees identification and appropriate developmental program and career movements (2nd in-charge development plans, job rotations, Talent Exchange Program)
- Develop the framework of succession plans identification and maintenance for all key country positions
- Act as an advisor and facilitates Motive panel discussions
Management Trainee Program
- Design, develop and implement the management trainee (MT) program, as well as manage the career planning for MTs to create the talent pipeline
Regional Learning & Talent
- Work with Regional L&T on global/ regional training programs and tools, e.g. APAC Operations Development Guide, LEP, e-learning, 360 etc. providing input and feedback and ensuring smooth implementation in the country.
Learning & Development
- Monitor the execution of Learning Calendar
- Provide training support when required
Employee Engagement
- Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) implementation
- Employee Engagement initiatives
