The Job
1. Retail Experience Lead - Physical Experience Programs (PEP) – 60%
- PEP Plan, Implementation & Evaluation
+ Work with Marketing & related stakeholders to develop PEP guideline activities & its action plan for all Distribution Centers/Shop nationalwide
+ Develop standard PEP survey & ensure on time 2-ways feedback from Distributor leaders;
+ Consult & review proposal, final production & implementation plan for team members.
- PEP Communication & Budgeting
- Phyto Cafe Shop customisation
+ Continuosly develop Phyto drinks menu & recipe to adapt with ABO needs & overall Phyto Cafe strategy;
+ Develop action plan for experiences service at Phyto Counter;
+ P&L takeover from Finance & deliver to OP for implementation.

- Other cross functions projects
2. HCM Shop Supervisor - 40%
- Oversee and manage all RDC/ Shop operation (with a group above 20 people) in compliance with approved policies and procedures
- Ensure high level of customer service performance according to corporate requirements
- Manage the Customer Service Development program with sales-oriented mindset in order to contribute to the sales increasing:

- Experience in data analysis & reporting
- Comfort with Social network using & managing (Facebook, Zalo, website)
- University graduation or higher
- At least 2-year experience in supervisory positions in Operations/Retailing Shop/Channel Mgnt/Customer management.
