The Job
Key responsibilities
Talent Strategy and Policy
- Design a competency framework, align all training and development activities to competencies
- Drive and lead the implementation of annual Performance Enablement/Management process
- Drive and lead annual People Development Forum (PDF) process for talent identification and succession planning
- Develop and drive the implementation of the mentoring program, talent exchange program, etc
- Lead the design of Development Center for talent assessment
- Maintain and update Talent Database of the Company
Talent Programs
- Develop and revamp program framework for core Talent Programs across levels (Management Trainee, Fresh Graduate, Mid Career)
- Drive and coordinate the execution of these programs annually to build internal talent pipeline
- Follow up development plan progress of Talent programs members when they're on board, based on standard development framework
- Build strategic partnership with Universities/Colleagues for long term external talent pipeline
Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager
Your Skills and Experience
- 6-8 years in HR related roles, with at least 3 Years of Talent Management experience, preferably in the FMCG environment
- University/Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Diploma in Human Resource Management would be advantageous
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Can do attitude and can work under pressure
