The Job

Role:

  • Lead nation-wide Talent Acquisition (TA) agenda including organization design, headcount planning, resource allocation, resource productivity, recruitment, assessment and selection, and people movement.
  • Responsible for designing strategic/ annual TA plan to achieve its efficiency and effectiveness, at the same time ensure its flawless execution

Accountabilities:

1. Effective Basics 

  • Design and develop right organization structure supporting growth – Org design & structure / RAMs
  • Design and establish TA, selection and inclusion strategy anticipating changes in the business and market trends and targeting at fully staffed and right sizing organization – HC planning / HC productivity
  • Define the Company’s brand image as an employer of choice and create appropriate employment strategies
  • Lead and champion staffing and selection systems / innovations linked to business needs
  • Effectively lead internal / external recruitment including staff movements
  • Benchmark and network to ensure competitive recruitment position
  • Ensure policies, practices and processes are flawlessly executed and in full compliance with both local and Company regulatory standards
  • Maintain up-to-date staffing report, search progress, candidate database and all related staffing communications

2. Frontline Champion

  • Keep close contact with hiring managers on progress of selection
  • Coach and train field HR representatives and line managers to take ownership of staffing decisions through effective implementation of HR BPTs

3. Change Leadership

  • Be expert in managing TA processes and keep enhancing ways to staff and staffing tools by contributing creative ideas and benchmarking company practices
  • Clearly communicate context and rationale for all TA practices
  • Design & manage the optimal staffing KPI’s to serve business efficiency & culture management

4. Strategic HR Management

Responsible for designing and executing Staffing – Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan

 

 

Your Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor degree
  • More than 8 years of working experience in management role – relevant HR experience in talent acquisition
  • Fluently in English communication
  • Strong in selection and interviewing skills
  • Strong leader ship (driving to result, taking initiative) & influencing skills
  • Good communicate & Strong social/market talent networking
