The Job

Role: The Talent Acquisition Manager will be tasked with heading overall responsibility for recruiting and the selection process, design and implement sourcing and retaining strategies for over 2,000 employees, build candidate pipeline and work closely with the regional and HQ in terms of talent acquisition strategies, acting the talent advisor for stakeholders, leading EVP activities and Fresh program.

 Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement Resourcing Strategy to meet Company’s growth ambition, which is never constrained by lack of best available internal as well as external talents;
  • Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts. Assist with both external and internal hiring efforts.
  • Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc…
  • Lead employment branding initiatives.
  • Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization
  • Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.
  • Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
  • Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
  • Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data. May develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research in regards to talent development or retention.
  • Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
  • Partner with Regional/Global Recruitment team to understand and apply recruitment policies/tools/best practices;
  • Manage recruitment agencies and recruitment budget;
  • Lead local/global recruitment projects.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor Degree required;
  • 5-10 years of recruiting experience for MNC company, FMCG Company is a plus.
  • Strong experience in Talent Acquisition;
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
  • Fluently English both in speaking and writing. 
  • Effective problem-solving, planning & execution and presentation skill;
  • Logical thinking, fast-learner and people oriented.
  • Good at interview & selection skill, project management, time management & planning
  • Strong ethics and high integrity
  • High adaptation and can do attitude
  • Good Leadership & interpersonal skills
