Sales Recruitment Manager(Education)

Salary: $1500 - $2000
The Job
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Development and Implementation of sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Participate in initiatives and/or special projects including market research, analysis and optimizing of resources
- Track and monitor leads generated to measure success for each campaign
- Analyze available data to evaluate ROI of each marketing efforts that convert to a sales
- Work with sales team to achieve optimum enrolment outcomes
Student Outreach and Support
- Provide support in all marketing events, roadshows, seminars and school visits.
- Provide support during information sessions registration and conduct campus tour
- Handle students’ queries via phone, mail, face-to-face and any other social media platforms.
- Conduct regular follow-up with prospective students.
Student Relationship Management
- Maintain good service relationship with existing students, and establish new contacts and sales leads to achieve sales target.
CRM leads follow up and conduct programme consultation
- Follow up with all inquiries and update the progress in CRM
- Provide advise with regards to admission requirements and programme benefits to prospective students.
- Assist newly enrolled students with enrolment process and career options.
Budget Management
- Manage sales and marketing budget based on set objectives and targets.
- Manage and monitor sales and marketing budget against planned marketing activities.
- Manage and track all expenditure against approved budgets
General Ad-hoc duties
- Perform other duties as assigned by the College Director.
Your Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 year of working experience in Sales function for education industry
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in sales, marketing, or business‐related areas. Master’s degree is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work well with others and motivate, encourage and support a team
- Must possess analytical and planning skills. Should be able to create and read reports and transform complex data into clearly understandable information
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Should have a strong‐willed personality, resilient and confidence.
- Strong computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Highly‐organized with strong administrative skills
- Self‐motivated, pro‐active individual who requires minimum supervision
- Has passion for the education industry and keen to contribute to the overall success of the College
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Wants to work in a stimulating professional environment
- Flexible in working time and able to travel
- Can work collaboratively to achieve common goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
