The Job

  • Business development and expansion by acquisition new accounts.
  • Analysis and develop the large, complex strategic account management database for nation-wide acquisition accounts, including new accounts, enterprise accounts, Investors in Healthcare industry
  • Provide leadership and direction regarding all interactions with strategic accounts – acting as a trusted advisor
  • Lead and coach in a matrix management environment, e.g. lead a team through persuasion and personal influence that will deliver innovative solutions, high quality, that meet customer needs
  • Master and be in a position to train and coach all core commercial skills to include: SAM, consultative selling, territory management, coaching skills, strategy development, and financial management – such as P&L and deal construction)
  • Build and lead internal cross functional selling team to execute account strategies
  • Analyse impact of market trends and factors on customers
  • Manage and develop Strategic Sales and Marketing Strategy & Action Plan for nation-wide acquisition accounts and new market for achieving goals including sales and margin
  • Lead the sales team of Diagnostic Vietnam nationally to implement the Action plan to achieve annual revenue targets.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities across nation-wide to expand current share
  • Oversee progress of cross-functional implementation team (post-sale)
  • Report to: GM
  • Subordinates: > 10 people
  • Scope of work: Nationwide

Your Skills and Experience

  • Education: MBA/BA degree or above with major of Bio - Technology/Doctor/Pharmaceutical
  • Related experience: at least 05 years work experience in Sales management level in multi-national companies  (prior experience in medical devices for Diagnostics Division is preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills, negotiation skills, leadership skills and developing customers
  • Good command in English & Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills and high team work spirit.
  • Can work well under pressure
  • Active and future-oriented
