Makeup Trainer
Professional Training, Cosmetics - Ho Chi Minh
Salary: $1500 - $2000
The Job
General job scope:
- Provide sales forces with mastery of makeup skills, service and advice
- Motivate sales forces to sell make up products & proudly represent the Brand
- Serves as role model in brand image and professionalism
Work Relationship:
- Internal: MKT/SS/BAs/DSR
- External: Distributors/Top GT Retailers & MT Customers
Main responsibilities:
- Develop a training document & Demonstrate expert make up product knowledge (features, benefits, usage) and proficient in makeup application technique.
- Design & develop seasonal consultant training, advanced modules geared to specific needs, regional sales event, service ritual & specific techniques for BA’s monthly make up look that create a positive customer experience & generate sales
- Evaluates performance of Beauty Advisor and guides working at store to ensure high standard of knowledge and performance
- Handling customer complaints
- Lead all operation & administration for the training class
Your Skills and Experience
Most important qualifications:
- Had working experience of Professional Makeup artist in Retail Training (in-class & in-store workshop) at least 3 years, particularly in Professional Make up Brand.
- Able to travelling to train & provide field coaching at provinces
- Good at "Planning & Making presentation”.
- Acts with integrity – honors commitments and behaves consistently
- Proactive and highly responsible can adapt with CPD business fast changing.
- Good command of English
Who should apply?
- College level education or equivalent
- 3-5 years of relevant training or training-related experience, preferably in the cosmetics business
- Man with Respected and enthusiastic personality characteristic. Has an energy, passion and models behavior with high standard
- Clearly communicates expectations. Can relate to a range of people. Knows how and when to adapt communication style to audience and objective.
- Open-minded & Genuinely interested in developing others
Practical information for this position:
- Make-up artist experience and certification are preferred.
- Gender preferred: not specified but man is preferred
- Age preferred: unlimited but open for young and talented makeup artists.
- Travel requirement: Yes.
- Salary range: similar current trainer position.
