The Company is a famous multinational company in FMCG industry with well known brands in the global & Vietnam Market. In order to dedicatedly support their business agenda, the company is looking for a potential candidate for the following position
Modern Trade Manager
- Ho Chi Minh
Salary: $1500 - $2000
The Job
- Manage the customer, categories, counterparts and budget planning
- Develop relationship with customers
- Develop the Customer Strategic Business Plan and work out a Joint Customer Business Plan
- Lead and execute Joint Business Planning according to the Global standards together with the customer
- Work out a Target Group Management Strategic plan for existing businesses
- Work closely together with Category Managers/Trade Category Directors in order to have strategic alignment with
- Company DT business focussed on Wholesalers
- Work in close collaboration with Category Managers for the category input, and with Customer Marketing for the Customer/Channel plan
- Generate insights into the assigned customer/channels (store layout, traffic)
- Be in charge of in-store extra visibility/highlight display, not execution
- Close the deal with the Customer by negotiating the trade terms, trade funding, and counterparts
- Manage overall levels of Customer Investments for the customers
- Monitor Customer Performance by tracking customer contribution and market share for major categories
Your Skills and Experience
- University Degree with Marketing/Business background is an advantage
- At least 4-5 years relevant to Account Management/Field Sales experience for MT Channel
- Strong Business Planning and Implementation, good communication skill
- Passion to growth and strong time management skill to work in a changeable environment, manage workload and multiple projects
- Open-minded, and result-oriented
